These wonderful, often tiny, vineyard sections\u003cbr\u003ewere individually fermented using indigenous yeasts, with\u003cbr\u003emany experiencing maceration periods of up to 30 days.\u003cbr\u003eNatural fermentation and extended maceration are coupled\u003cbr\u003ewith traditional oxidative handling to clearly define the\u003cbr\u003eintricate personality of each vineyard site before blending.\u003cbr\u003eMalbec remains a valuable component as it always has\u003cbr\u003ewith our Cabernet Sauvignon. A hint of Petit Verdot brings\u003cbr\u003ea bright nuance and an extended long tannin profile with\u003cbr\u003eMerlot, our fond friend in Wilyabrup that occasionally\u003cbr\u003emakes the grade.\u003cbr\u003eVINTAGE DESCRIPTION\u003cbr\u003e2020 was a stunning vintage that will define ‘rare and fine’\u003cbr\u003ewith low yields and fantastic quality.
