Restrained and elegant on the nose, with spiced blackberries and assorted red fruits, lavender, underbrush, and solid floral undertones, the wine is full bodied, seamless, fresh, and superbly balanced on the palate. Over the evening, this continues to gain in stature and depth, without showing any additional weight, and presents a fantastic mouthful of poised, pure fruit that’s balanced by solid structure and a rich, concentrated profile.
