The wine is then transferred to French oak barriques, where it remains to refine for 8-10 months, before bottling and subsequent maturation in glass for another 12 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a wine with an intense and dense ruby color and an eclectic character.
