The acquisition of the Château de la\u003cbr\u003e\nMarquetterie and the surrounding vineyards, a site known as\u003cbr\u003e\n“Les Folies”, marked the beginning of the family’s Champagne\u003cbr\u003e\nadventure. The vineyard grew very quickly and the House\u003cbr\u003e\nnow presents more than 35 different crus. “Folies de la\u003cbr\u003e\nMarquetterie” pays tribute to this story. The signature tends to\u003cbr\u003e\ndense and profound, with opulent aromas. Each plot is vinified\u003cbr\u003e\nseparately, while some crus are aged in oak barrels. Finally, five\u003cbr\u003e\nyears of ageing in bottles ensures the wine’s perfect balance.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe body is deep yellow in colour with golden highlights.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe bubbles are fine and delicate. The intense, highly fruity\u003cbr\u003e\nbouquet leads onto peach and apricot jam aromas with\u003cbr\u003e\nsubtle hints of toasted brioche and vanilla. On the palate, this\u003cbr\u003e\nwine is full-bodied, smooth and fruity with dominant peach\u003cbr\u003e\nflavours. The distinctive and expressive finish delivers lightly\u003cbr\u003e\nwoody notes. Les Folies de la Marquetterie is a full-flavoured\u003cbr\u003e\nand harmonious champagne distinguished by its immense\u003cbr\u003e\nrichness and complexity.
