Roasted duck,\u003cbr\u003e\nblackberry jam, fig jam, soy, and hoisin sauce mixed with black\u003cbr\u003e\ntruffles. It also has sweet notes of marshmallow, crème\u003cbr\u003e\nfraiche, and French vanilla ice cream. This wine shows more\u003cbr\u003e\nsecondary and tertiary notes early, with the fruit hidden in\u003cbr\u003e\nthe dense core of the wine. The primary notes of fruit I get\u003cbr\u003e\nare ripe mango and just a hint of blackberry. For the patient\u003cbr\u003e\ncollector waiting 5-7 years is the best way to have the wine\u003cbr\u003e\nshow itself.
