The power that the 2021 vintage naturally gave us was\u003cbr\u003e\nsomething very exciting and something we haven’t seen for\u003cbr\u003e\nmany years. The berries were small and the skins were dense,\u003cbr\u003e\nmy task was trying to give the wine balance and restraint.\u003cbr\u003e\nWhen tasting this wine you instantly recognize our terroir,\u003cbr\u003e\nthe minerality, the savory, meaty tones, along with a touch of\u003cbr\u003e\nstone fruits, hot bricks, butcher shop, salami, coriander beef,\u003cbr\u003e\nand a color that is almost inky black.\u003cbr\u003e\nGrown, Produced and bottled by Reynvaan Family Vineyards\u003cbr\u003e\nWalla Walla, Washington 5.29.24\u003cbr\u003e\nBud break began at the beginning of April, ahead of historical\u003cbr\u003e\naverages. The weather at bloom, was hot with dry winds. The\u003cbr\u003e\nkey factor of the vintage, however, came at the end of June,\u003cbr\u003e\nwhen a heat dome descended upon the Walla Walla Valley and\u003cbr\u003e\nall of the west coast. It shattered all previous temperature\u003cbr\u003e\nrecords.
