The CAB\u003cbr\u003eshows beautiful varietal expression, with soft tannins, and is ready to drink now, however\u003cbr\u003ecareful cellaring of 10 – 15 years will be rewarded.\u003cbr\u003eGrapes from the prestigious Jones Block and Thomas Block vineyards are used to craft this\u003cbr\u003eCabernet Sauvignon. As Paxton's vineyard with the coolest climate and some of the oldest vines\u003cbr\u003eat 125-years-old, Thomas Block grapes add a dash of spiced character and a touch of elegance.\u003cbr\u003eAll batches are separately fermented to be blended further down the track.
