It's the perfect wine for nights\u003cbr\u003e\naround the fire with a guitar in hand and singing under the stars with those you love most. It’s\u003cbr\u003e\nfor working a little less, living a little more, and sharing your wildest dreams under the guise of\u003cbr\u003e\nthe moonlight.\u003cbr\u003e\nGrapes for the Stargazing Juicy Red are selected because they displayed vibrant cherry and\u003cbr\u003e\nraspberry flavors. The grapes are harvested at night due to the cooler temperatures which\u003cbr\u003e\npreserve these bright flavors.\u003cbr\u003e\nAfter harvest, the grapes are gently transferred to fermentation vessels and fermented using a\u003cbr\u003e\nnative yeast that enhances the red fruit characters of the grapes. After fermentation on skins,\u003cbr\u003e\nthe grapes are pressed so that only soft and juicy tannins are released, the wines are then\u003cbr\u003e\nblended and prepared for early bottling.\u003cbr\u003e\nT A S T I N G N O T E S\u003cbr\u003e\nDelicious red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry and even a hint of ripe strawberry.
