Each variety fermented separately in small vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in a mixture of stainless steel and casks; after the winter they racked the wine and made the blend, which was then bottled. The warm vintage delivered a ripe wine with over 15% alcohol, but the alcohol is not noticeable.
