In terms of the red\/white co-ferment approach, this wine is evolving. While 2020 saw all the Petit Manseng on the skins, in 2021 we directly pressed half of it, and in 2022 we pressed all the PM as juice. It was then added to the Cabernet Franc (which was 15% whole cluster) and then co-fermented.
