In 2010, we started out with a modern interpretation of this grape variety, ‘Al Posto dei Fiori’ DOC, a rosato produced from more than 90% Nebbiolo rounded off with autochthonous grape varieties Vespolina and Croatina. All of our grapes are hand-picked from selected plots only. Fermentation occurs in a combination of steel barrels (90%) and used barrique barrels (10%).
