Following a very mild winter, spring began with an episode of frost \u003cbr\u003ein the night of April 7 to 8 taking the young buds and slowing down the \u003cbr\u003evegetative cycle of the vine. The season remained cool and then gave way to a \u003cbr\u003esummer marked by heat episodes as well as some precipitation including a nice \u003cbr\u003erain in early August, which spared the vineyard from water stress. Finally, cool \u003cbr\u003esummer nights coupled with spring frost created a heterogeneous yield \u003cbr\u003ebetween plots but whose health status remained intact. In the autumn, \u003cbr\u003ehowever, the harvest was slowed down by major stormy episodes that led us to \u003cbr\u003echange our practices and make decisive choices to meet the requirements of a \u003cbr\u003every trying vintage.
