A spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurred. The wines were blended together and left on their lees until bottling (unfined\/unfiltered). The bottles were left to rest for 9 months before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTasting Notes: The wine shows a light golden color, with a very light haze. It is obviously unfined and unfiltered. Aromas showcase citrus skin, white flower, and peach. It is medium- to full-bodied, fairly luxurious on the palate, with notes of greengage plum.
