The floating skins \u003cbr\u003ewere punched down by hand, every 2 hours during fermentation. The juice was \u003cbr\u003edrawn off the skins after 5 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine was \u003cbr\u003ematured for 24 months in 50% new and 50% second fill 225L French Nevers oak \u003cbr\u003ebarrels. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTASTING NOTES \u003cbr\u003eA complex nose of dark aromas of black berry, cassis, blueberry with tobacco  \u003cbr\u003ecedar and oak spice.
