João Portugal Ramos says: \"As\u003cbr\u003e\nan agronomist, I am always vey curious to see the behaviour of a wine from a particular\u003cbr\u003e\nvineyard, planted in a particular soil. The so-called single vineyard wines.\"\u003cbr\u003e\nThe bunches are carefully de-stemmed and pass by a sorting table for an optimum selection of\u003cbr\u003e\nthe berries.
