The site is farmed using sustainable practices. Grapes are harvested in the cooler, early morning hours to capitalize on the diurnal shift, which provides acidity and freshness. The wine was cold settled in tank, and a cool temperature was maintained to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics. The lots were fermented in stainless steel for six weeks and then aged in stainless steel barrels on the lees for 6 months. Bottled in March of 2024.
