A mixture of clones including Gin Gin, the American\u003cbr\u003eand French contribute to this wine. All the individual vineyards that contribute to Miamup\u003cbr\u003eChardonnay are vinified separately. Fermentation and malo-lactic occurs in a combination of\u003cbr\u003enew and older French oak.
