Each vineyard block was harvested and\u003cbr\u003emade into an individual lot representing that block. The wines were pressed\u003cbr\u003eoff the skins from 10 to 35 days after crushing.\u003cbr\u003eAGING Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels.\u003cbr\u003e24% new French Oak, 20% new American Oak\u003cbr\u003eBlending was completed in Winter of 2023 and bottling took place in May\u003cbr\u003eof 2023.\u003cbr\u003eTASTING NOTES Ripe blackberry fruit characters are complemented by cherry and cassis on\u003cbr\u003ethe finish. Spice and vanilla notes are seamlessly interwoven through the\u003cbr\u003ewine. A rich midpalate leads to a lovely lingering finish with just the right of\u003cbr\u003eacid and tannin to keep the wine in perfect balance.
