The lower crop load allowed us to harvest two weeks earlier than normal, prior to a late-season heat spell that could have compromised the excellent quality of our fruit. The fresh juice was fermented cold in jacketed stainless-steel tanks, allowing us to maintain the vibrancy and bright natural acidity of this classic Sauvignon Blanc. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"description-tasting-notes mt-5\"\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eTasting Notes\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2024 Sauvignon Blanc shows an array of flavors, ranging from white peach to lime and pomelo. On the palate, the wine reveals bright notes of Asian pear and Meyer lemon zest.
