This is a vintage\u003cbr\u003eclassified as very good.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWINEMAKING\u003cbr\u003eMacabeo was harvested on 15 August, Xarel-lo on 27\u003cbr\u003eAugust and Parellada on 1 September. The grapes were\u003cbr\u003eharvested by hand, in 25-kilogram boxes. The grapes\u003cbr\u003ewere immediately passed through the sorting table and\u003cbr\u003ethen the whole bunches were pressed. Fifty percent of\u003cbr\u003ethe extraction was obtained and the different fractions\u003cbr\u003ewere meticulously separated. Fifteen percent of the\u003cbr\u003ecuvée, before being bottled for secondary fermentation,\u003cbr\u003eenjoys twelve months of ageing in 300-litre oak barrels.\u003cbr\u003eAfter bottling, the bottles are aged for a minimum of 36\u003cbr\u003emonths in the cellar. Just at the moment of disgorging,\u003cbr\u003ea minimum dosage of 5 grams per litre is carried out.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTASTING NOTES\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose, with a medium intensity, it presents\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eelegant floral notes accompanied by aromas of\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003estone fruit, such as peach and apricot. We also smell\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003egolden apple, lemon peel and pineapple. Aromas of\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ebreadcrumbs, almonds and some balsamic notes of\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003efennel and laurel are present. On the palate, it offers\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ea friendly, medium-bodied entry that embraces the\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003esenses, with an invigorating carbonation with a crisp,\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ecrunchy texture.
