This terroir offers great wines from different appellations, in Bordeaux and Entre-Deux-Mers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA red wine from Bordeaux\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe estate has a large vineyard composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon which produces an excellent Bordeaux red wine known to be superior to all the crus of its appellation by its quality and regularity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA white wine from the Entre-deux-Mers region\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eToday, Château Bonnet produces, for almost half of the total production, a very popular dry white wine from Entre-Deux-Mers, made from the Sauvignon, Sémillon and Muscadelle grape varieties. These wines are vinified with great care in order to preserve all the freshness of their fruit, as well as the aromatic characteristics of their grape varieties\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA sparkling wine\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe estate also offers the \"Diane by Jacques Lurton\" cuvée, a sparkling blanc de noir wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It offers a palate that has a remarkable freshness with a beautiful intense aromatic palette of white fruits.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe property also offers Diane by Jacques Lurton in red and white wines: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 100% Sémillon Blanc, and Rosé.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eColour, good depth, and a lovely cherry red, with some violet highlights. The nose is marked by notes of peony, crisp fruit (cherry), enhanced by a hint of peppery notes. The attack is frank. There is a very nice volume in the middle of the mouth. The tannic structure is average; the tannins are well blended. The red fruits (cherry), previously perceived on the nose, are found here in the mouth.
