The palate has flavors of lemon and pear which are supported bt elegant minerality and lively acid. The sur lie aging rounds out this wine, creating a broad mid palate and a smooth lingering finish of oak and citruis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMaking the Wine\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were picked early in the morning and came in cold. The grapes were pressed into new oak barrels and cold fermented by native yeast. The fermentation took 45 days at 65° F.
